Q: elan sounds amazing, but won't I need superfast broadband for it to work?

A: Not at all, although we recommend clients use a business broadband line any type of broadband connection will be fine.

Q: How quickly can you set up a new client?

A: That depends on the number of Head Office and locations you have and the size of your membership database. Once the process is established we are usually able to convert a full set of data within a couple of hours, which includes running checks and producing a reconciliation, then it's just a matter of arranging your training and you're set to go.

Q: Will I need anything installed on site?

A: Not for elan itself, but your site's access controls may require additional software installed on site.

Q: How quickly can I get my group-wide end of month figures for sales and turnover?

A: In seconds, sales in three clicks and turnover in just five more.

Q: Regarding Direct Debits, will we still have to put some information into elan and some into the Direct Debit system?

A: When we say seamless, we mean seamless! elan was designed in part to overcome the waste of manpower that is duplicate data entry. elan automatically updates the Direct Debit agency so you don't have to.

Q: Will you change the system if it doesn't work exactly as we want it to?

A: Of course, we encourage our clients to suggest development enhancements and new features for elan – it's how we ensure we remain the best software solution available.
